He is a sustainable development specialist with 15+ years of experience in bridging complex environmental, social, and multi-stakeholder interests, in diverse multi-cultural contexts from grassroots to senior corporate and government level. Sahat has developed a specific interest in linking supply chains to landscape conservation and community development. His ample experience on the ground has resulted in excellent ability to understand and address stakeholder’s needs for (sustainable) development. In Daemeter, he provides strategic advisory and quality assurance to a wide range of Daemeter projects and clients, including Jurisdictional/Landscape programs, conservation Projects, and Responsible Sourcing Projects. Sahat graduated with a Master of Science degree on Forestry at Gadjah Mada University in Yogyakarta.

Sahat spends his spare time on basketball and travelling.
