Ali is a graduate with a Diploma from IPB University, Faculty of Forestry, majoring in Forest Resource Conservation and Ecotourism in 2002. He is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in forestry at Kuningan University, West Java. With his expertise as a facilitator and community mentor in environmental projects and community empowerment, he has also served as an assessor for HCV and HCSA, LUCA, for the past 14 years of his career. He has worked as an independent consultant and expert on numerous projects for various clients from both the government and private sectors. Ali has been registered as an SKT assessment assessor since 2016 and as a lead assessor for HCV/HCS since 2015 with HCVRN.

Ali plays badminton in his spare time.
