Ika is the Senior Business Operations Manager at Daemeter, where he leads the firm’s financial and operational management. His day-to-day responsibilities span accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, tax strategy, contract and legal compliance, and corporate planning, ensuring that the firm’s operations run smoothly and align with Indonesian GAAP and international best practices.

With over 25 years of experience in finance and operations, he brings strong expertise in developing and implementing financial controls, streamlining business processes, and managing tax compliance and audits. He oversees the Business Operations team, which covers finance and accounting, HR and compliance, general affairs, and project control. His approach is hands-on and results-driven, with a focus on building systems that support growth and efficiency.

Ika is motivated by the challenge of turning complex operational needs into clear, well-functioning processes. Before Daemeter, he held senior finance roles across major international retail and consumer brands, including financial controller, operations manager, and head of finance positions, as well as over a decade in tax accounting consulting.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Bunda Mulia University and is certified in personal, corporate, and international taxation. He is fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Whenever he can, Ika spends his time off travelling the world.
