Gaia has over 8 years of experience in working with upstream and midstream oil palm companies to establish sustainability and human rights commitments, action plans, and supply chains. Gaia also conducts company, group, and mill-level assessments on environmental performance and human rights risks and practices across multiple commodities, including Human Rights Impact Assessment and gap assessments using IFC Performance Standards and RSPO Principles and Criteria. Additionally, she has been leading capacity building for oil palm actors on latest sustainability standards and HRDD since 2021 at both online and in-person trainings, based on a comprehensive understanding of the technicalities of traceability, environmental impacts and requirements, as well as cultural and human rights contexts. Gaia speaks and writes in Bahasa Indonesia and English and has an interest in multicultural communications using diverse media formats (formal publications, social media, videos, etc.)

Gaia enjoys yoga, good coffee, and taking photos of cats around the city.
