Fauziah Dwi Hayati

Project Manager

Fauziah is a GIS Specialist at Daemeter, working within the Geospatial and Informatics team. Her work turns spatial data into decision-support evidence for land-use and forest studies, combining mapping, remote sensing, and field-based survey work to give clients and project teams a clear picture of landscape conditions and how they are changing.

Over close to 12 years at Daemeter, she has developed strong capabilities in spatial analysis, land cover mapping, forest inventory, and map production for multi-location projects. She supports HCV and HCS assessments with spatial inputs, and is experienced in integrating field observations with remote sensing data to support landscape-level diagnostics and ongoing monitoring. Her work spans multiple regions across Indonesia and contributes to the evidence base used in risk screening, sustainability assessments, and impact reporting.

Fauziah enjoys work that balances time in the field with careful desk-based analysis, particularly assignments that bring clarity to complex landscape information. Before Daemeter, she gained experience in private-sector consulting, a major energy project in Papua, and GIS training delivery for government officials.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Forest Management from IPB University, where her thesis focused on spatial estimation of above-ground biomass in dry land forest. She is a native Bahasa Indonesia speaker with working English.
