Dela is the Project Controller at Daemeter, working within the Business Operations team. Her day-to-day role covers project financial management, contract administration, accounts receivable, and compliance oversight across the firm’s portfolio, with particular responsibility for complex, multi-year donor-funded programmes.

With over 11 years at Daemeter, she has built deep expertise in project budgeting, financial reconciliation, subcontractor management, and donor reporting. She manages the full project control cycle from contract setup through to financial close-out, ensuring that costs from timesheets, expenses, subcontractor invoices, and supplier costs are accurately tracked and accounted for. Her work has supported major programmes funded by development banks, bilateral agencies, and the private sector.

Dela is motivated by work that keeps complex projects running smoothly and on budget. Before Daemeter, she spent seven years in the industrial forestry and pulp and paper sector across Sumatera and Kalimantan, working in project control, contract management, and plantation operations.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Forest Management from Universitas Sumatera Utara. She is fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English. When the spreadsheets close, Dela heads to the pilates studio.
