Laurentius Vita Baskara

Senior Project Manager

Titok is a Project Manager and Social and Human Rights Specialist within Daemeter’s Sustainable Supply Chain team. His day-to-day focus is on leading Human Rights Impact Assessments and due diligence as investor-grade evidence, sustainability compliance, and training delivery across the firm’s responsible sourcing programmes.

With around 15 years of experience, he has led HRIA and HRDD across a wide range of commodity supply chains including palm oil, tobacco, patchouli, clove, cinnamon, and pepper, as well as in the mining sector covering nickel and copper, an unusually broad cross-sector footprint. He is skilled in managing multidisciplinary field teams, conducting compliance audits against RSPO, ISPO, ISCC, and IFC Performance Standards, and providing technical support for smallholder certification and supply chain traceability. He also designs and delivers HRDD and labour rights training for corporate clients, building accountability into how clients track and report social performance over time.

Titok is motivated by work that connects sustainability systems with real outcomes for workers, farmers, and communities. Before Daemeter, he spent nearly a decade in a major palm oil company, where he led social impact assessments, participatory mapping, FPIC processes, and sustainability certification compliance.

He holds a Master’s degree in Sustainability Management from Trisakti University and a BSc in Social Development and Welfare from Gadjah Mada University. He is a native Bahasa Indonesia speaker. Titok clocks roughly 100 kilometres a month on rollerblades and recharges with a good book in between.
