Kiky is Daemeter’s Coordinator of General Affairs, sitting within the Business Operations team. His day-to-day role keeps the firm’s administrative and financial processes running smoothly, covering everything from operational coordination and vendor management to tax compliance and payroll.

Over close to 18 years at Daemeter, he has built a thorough command of the firm’s financial administration, handling petty cash, bank reconciliation, invoicing, and monthly tax reporting. He also manages logistics for field teams and meetings, coordinates with vendors and service providers, and maintains the document systems that keep the office organized. His strengths lie in accuracy, reliability, and clear communication across teams.

Kiky enjoys the problem-solving side of operations work, finding satisfaction in keeping things running efficiently behind the scenes. Before joining Daemeter, he worked in administration and finance roles across a range of private-sector settings, including education, natural resource consulting, and construction.

He holds a Diploma in Economics with a major in Tax Management from Pakuan University and is a native Bahasa Indonesia speaker with working English. Kiky starts most days with a simple morning workout, and the rest of his free time belongs to his family.
