Jimmy Wilopo
Project Manager
Jimmy is a landscape manager in Daemeter with more than 10 years of experience in working in international as well as national contexts related to sustainable landscape management and climate change. He has developed excellent skills in project development, monitoring and evaluation, especially more complex projects involving international, national and local stakeholders, covering government institutions, donor agencies, private sectors, local governments, and local communities. Prior to working for Daemeter, he was the Task Force team of the Ministry of Energy & Mineral Resources where he was responsible for bioenergy investment and development involving national and regional stakeholders as well as private sector and local communities. At his current position, he is in charge of Daemeter’s portfolios related to landscape theme, such as the Siak Pelalawan Landscape Program, responsible to ensure the project execution to achieve a sustainable palm oil production landscape engaging multi stakeholders’ collaboration and monitor deliverables against governments’ policies and donor corporates’ commitment on no deforestation, peatland development and exploitation.
Jimmy is a gym enthusiast who also enjoys water sports (swimming).
