A Social and Human Rights Specialist at Daemeter with more than 15 years of experience in sustainable palm oil and social development. Feybe has strong expertise as an assessor, trainer, facilitator, and analyst on social and human rights issues. Her work includes leading Social Impact Assessments (SIA) and Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD) processes; facilitating FPIC projects and IPLC Plans; delivering social and human rights training (Including GESI); supporting CSR program design and visioning; and mediating conflict resolution.

In her spare time, she enjoys exploring new places and trying new experiences. Outside of work, she is a fan of Arsenal (Premier League), the LA Lakers (NBA), and the Seattle Storm (WNBA).
