Esya Rachma Ningrum

Data Analyst

Esya is a Data Analyst and Social Assistant at Daemeter Consulting, with a background in Environmental Geography from Universitas Gadjah Mada. She brings a unique blend of spatial analysis, field-based research, and social insight into her work.

At Daemeter, Esya has been involved in a wide range of sustainability and human rights-related projects across sectors, including palm oil, nickel, tobacco, and forestry. Her work spans social and human rights impact assessments, supply chain analysis, High Conservation Value (HCV) assessments, and sustainability compliance evaluations. Esya continues to strengthen her expertise in FPIC, conflict resolution, and human rights due diligence, while building capacity in global standards including IFC Performance Standards, IRMA, FSC, RSPO, and SAS-RA.

Outside of work, she enjoys greeting cats she meets along the way, trekking, journaling, and exploring roller skating as a new hobby.
