Fina is an HR Assistant within Daemeter’s Business Operations team, where she supports the firm’s human resources operations and internal coordination. Her day-to-day work covers recruitment support, HR administration, data tracking, and helping to keep the team running smoothly behind the scenes.

She brings a psychology background to her work, with practical experience in CV screening, initial interviews, psychological assessments, and reporting. She also supports career development activities, including CV and LinkedIn formatting for staff, and contributes to internal event coordination. Her training in human behaviour gives her a grounded understanding of how people work, which she applies to both recruitment and team engagement.

Fina is motivated by work that connects her interest in human resources and mental health with meaningful organisational impact. Before joining Daemeter, she completed internships in talent recruitment at an education technology company and in HR operations at a property company, both through Indonesia’s MSIB programme. She also gained early international experience as part of a global multidisciplinary team researching the future of work.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Universitas Gunadarma. She is a native Bahasa Indonesia speaker and fluent in English. A committed cinephile, Fina likes to start her Saturdays with morning yoga and end her afternoons on a slow walk.
