Fina is a Psychology graduate from Universitas Gunadarma with a growing focus on human resources, mental health, and youth empowerment. She currently supports Daemeter’s HR operations, bringing fresh perspective and strong coordination skills to internal processes and team engagement.

Her early experience includes working with global and national teams through the Future Fit Internship Program and MSIB, where she contributed to talent recruitment, HR systems, and educational communications. Fina also has a background in community volunteering skills that strengthen her ability to connect across functions.

Fina is a cinephile who enjoys Saturday morning yoga and afternoon slow-walk.
