Adrian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Forestry from Hasanuddin University, Makassar, and has been involved in forest restoration initiatives since 2011. With experience as a Forestry Specialist in major corporate groups, including Kalla Group and Adaro Group, he has worked extensively on community-based carbon projects in peatland landscapes in Central Kalimantan. His professional background includes forest management, private-sector forest utilization, and community-based planning. Adrian has strong expertise in stakeholder engagement, facilitation processes, and community empowerment, particularly in implementing FPIC procedures and multi-stakeholder consultations. Over the past 14 years, he has consistently contributed to advancing sustainable forest management while strengthening community participation and ensuring inclusive decision-making in project areas across Indonesia.
