Adrian Allo

Project Manager

Adrian is a Forestry Specialist within Daemeter’s Forest, Nature and Climate unit, where he applies over a decade of hands-on forestry and carbon experience to the firm’s sustainable forest management and forest-based carbon project work, bridging operational forestry with the climate finance and MRV frameworks that underpin credible forest carbon investment.

His expertise spans forest planning and development, production forest operations, carbon accounting, environmental safeguards, and community empowerment around concession areas. He has managed forest carbon credit projects from development through to financial projection and stakeholder coordination, and has practical experience in peatland restoration and watershed rehabilitation. At a previous employer, he progressed from project lead to vice president of sustainable forest and carbon projects, overseeing technical forestry inputs, carbon project delivery, and team performance.

Adrian is motivated by work that bridges operational forestry with climate and carbon outcomes. Before Daemeter, he spent over a decade across the private forestry sector, managing production forest operations and carbon credit development for a major industrial group, leading sustainable forest and carbon projects at a forestry and carbon company, and contributing to national forest rehabilitation and peatland restoration initiatives.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Forestry from Universitas Hasanuddin, Makassar. He is fluent in Bahasa Indonesia. Adrian’s evenings and weekends often revolve around a ball, whether on a futsal court or a soccer pitch.
