Human Resources Generalist

We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our team. You will assist with essential HR functions including recruitment & talent acquisition, compensation & benefit, learning & development, employee relations and HR operations. Requirement
  • Strong attention to detail and experience with HR-related tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and HR software.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and tax calculations (PPh 21 & PPh 26) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • General HR Duties: Assist in daily HR operations including employee and consultant recruitment, onboarding.
  • Employee & Consultant Relations: Ensure smooth communication and assist in resolving HR-related queries.
  • Data Management: Maintain up-to-date employee and consultant databases.
  • Contract Management: Assist in managing contracts, including reminders for renewals.
  • Payroll & Tax: Assist in payroll processing and tax calculations (PPh 21 & PPh 26).
  • Policy Support: Assist in creating HR-related policies and documents.
